Even though all of our inventory is completely handmade the majority of what we have in stock is ready to ship, but please still allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.
If you need an expedited order please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you quicker. A rush fee will apply.

How are shipping charges calculated? TOP
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Roseville California Studio.
Will I be charged sales tax? TOP
Freedom.Love.Beauty is located in Roseville, California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax of 8.75% onto your total order.
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept all types of credit cards as well as PayPal.
I want to buy a gift for someone, can you send it to them directly? TOP
Absolutely! Make sure to include the entire address and the persons full name who you would like it to be shipped to. If we do see a different address for the package we will not ship and invoice to that address.
If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact? TOP
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or can not find your tracking number please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner.
Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes! We ship worldwide and we LOVE our international Freedom Girls! :)
What is your return policy? TOP
We do not accept returns or issue refunds since all of our merchandise you see online is hand made and made to order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a different item of your choice.
